Chaddock Success Stories
Chaddock’s philosophy is that healing and change are possible, and in the 2020-2021 year, 85% of the children we treated successfully completed treatment, and 86% remained in the home within a year of discharge. But the stories of our success aren’t in the numbers and statistics. They’re in the children and families we’ve helped. Whether it’s our residential treatment program or in-home intensive, when you create an atmosphere where every person and every relationship matters and is valued, that’s when the healing begins.
In-Home Program Success
Families can benefit from an intensive targeted intervention to get them on the right treatment trajectory and often can then be supported with more traditional weekly therapy sessions as follow-up. Chaddock has developed a comprehensive Intensive In-Home Program to address the needs of these families.
Residential Program Success
Chaddock’s DTAP program combines researched practices & techniques that are targeted at calming the fight, flight or freeze response in traumatized children. Charlie was one of those traumatized children when he was brought into the DTAP program. The dedicated staff Charlie had, and each child has, evaluating him and creating a customized plan of treatment allows the staff to breakthrough to the child because of the time and concentration of therapy Chaddock is able to provide.
