Chaddock’s Training and Professional Development Services are for anyone whose lives and work are impacted by developmental trauma and attachment disorders. All of our services are rooted in Chaddock’s Developmental Trauma and Attachment Program treatment approach (DTAP®), our unique treatment approach which brings hope and healing to children and youth who have experienced severe trauma and struggle with attachment-related difficulties.
Aligned with our model, we develop and deliver professional development that is founded in neuroscience and the healing power of relationships: meeting individuals, organizations and communities where they are at and walking alongside them on their journey of transformation.
Because we understand that this work requires a deeply intentional process of reshaping how we relate, respond, and reflect, we strive to create experiences that move away from traditional, content-loaded lectures, to meaningful dialogue and most importantly, reflection.
Additionally, we recognize that a training program alone doesn’t transform an organization—what matters is how well the knowledge is understood, lived out, and sustained. Therefore, we will always recommend learning experiences that are more than just a one-and-done event, however, we pride ourselves on our ability to flexibly meet your specific needs.
