How do I know you received my application?

Once your application has been submitted you should receive an email titled "Acknowledgement Receipt" within 1 - 2 business days confirming receipt of your application. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. If you don't find the email there, please follow up with our recruiting team at humanresources@chaddock.org and we can verify that your application is in our system.

How will I know if I am selected to move to the next step of the process?

If you have been selected to move forward in the interview process, a member of our recruiting team will reach out to you via text or phone to schedule an interview.

What should I expect during my interview process?

We use a structured interview process to ensure each candidate goes through a similar interview process. During your interview process you will get to meet with members of the Human Resources team as well as the direct supervisor of the role.

Will you tell me if the role has been filled?

When a role has been filled we will send an email to let you know the position is no longer available.
