Employment Opportunities
Cottage Life
Residential, Group Home, and Independent Living Programs are facilitated by a Village Manager who manages the residential treatment unit; Youth Counselor, who provide counseling and rehabilitative services; and Youth Worker, who supervise the daily lives of students.
Clinical Services
Child Therapists and Client Service Coordinators provide the clinical components of all programs. They assess individual, group and family treatment needs and are involved in the implementation of treatment plans and providing all mental health services. They work in coordination with the Medical Director and community resources.
Case Management
In community-based programs, offered through the Chaddock Child and Family Center, Case Managers implement the wide range of foster care and family based services, which include counseling, crisis intervention, case management, parent education and foster care training and supervision.
Education
Special Education Teachers, Aides and Specialists implement the campus special education school and day programs, as well as the work-study, recreational and a variety of additional learning activities.
Operational Services
Food Services, Maintenance, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Development and specialty staff provide an array of basic support services which are integrated throughout the organization to strengthen and enhance the delivery of direct services to children and families.
